Kyra Minturn

 Kyra Minturn Sedgwick (born August 19, 1965) is an American actor, producer and director. Her starring role on the crime drama TNT The Closer as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson is her most famous. Sedgwick received the Golden Globe Award in 2007 for her portrayal of Johnson and an Emmy Award 2010 for her portrayal. The series ended after the seventh season. Sedgwick is also well-known for her part in Brooklyn Nine-Nine's sitcom Madeline Wuntch. Sedgwick was nominated to an Golden Globe award in 1995 for her performance on Something to Talk About. Sedgwick's roles in other films include Oliver Stone's Born to the Fourth of July (1989), Cameron Crowe's singles (1992) as well as Heart and Souls(93), Phenomenon (1996) as well as What's cooking (2000) as well as Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2012). The show is a look at their lives as art brokers, who connect collectors, buyers, and artists.
