Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello, born April 18, 1967 in the United States is an actor, producer, writer, and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were only some of her movie roles. Bello was a TV actress as the character Dr. Anna Del Amico, a medical drama that ran from 1997 until 1998. She also played Michelle McBride on Goliath's first season in 2016 and as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane on NCIS which she portrayed as the main agent. Bello was born on April 18, 1967 in Norristown (New Jersey) to Kathy Bello who was who was a teacher and nurse at school. Bello also appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama"ER" (1997-1998). Bello also played other roles, such as Michelle McBride in the series' first season Touch in 2013, as well as the role of Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane from NCIS from 2017 to 2021. In the field of political science Bello studied in political science at Villanova University. Bello continued to train in acting by participating in several New York theater productions after she finished her studies. Bello has a son Jackson with her former partner Dan McDermott. In November 2013 Bello wrote about having a relationship that was sex with her then-partner, Clare Munn. She published a book, Whatever...Love Is Love: Questioning the labels we assign to ourselves (Dey Street Books 28 April 2015)
